Am I too old to just be starting an acting career?
The experience I have is from acting classes at my local theatre which I had to stop after two years because our theatre got shut down due to lack of funds , musical theatre dance lessons, vocal lessons, choir at school and of course, the school musical last year.I've only ever done one audition for a community theatre production of A Christmas Carol, but I didn't get a part...I am sixteen and I really love acting, singing and dancing.Am I too old to start an attempt at breaking into the industry?I'd really like to get a part in a family channel or disney show, but am I to old to be doing that since I don't have all that much experience?
What is the best way to start an acting career?
is starting in Independant films a good idea? is starting in commercials a good idea? how do I get an agent? how much do agents cost? etc etc any advice would be great..

hi im 14 and need help getting started in acting. I have been acting for a while now I took acting lessons and been in some pretty big plays,but i want to do more in tv and movies. I have looked into getting agents but im not sure how agents really work. Also having trouble with resume, headshots,and etc. I am not the wealthiest person but i do have a passion and drive like no other all i need is a break to get me where i want to be so please help out by giving good information that can help

i am thirteen and would love greatly to become an actress. i am very open and am not shy at all. im very self confident but i am not born to sing. but not all actresses need to know how to sing. i passed an audition for commercials when i was younger, but was out of town to apply myself to the opportunity. i would love to start off doing commercials. any ideas on how to start would be greatly appreciated.

How do I start an acting career?
I'm 12 and I am really intrested in acting. I've done plays at my school and at theatres, but I would like to start acting on reality TV or movies. I don't have an agent and I am not that proffesional. I'm told to have a good singing voice and I have been doing dance since I was 5 and gymnastics since I was 4. Is 27 too old to start an acting career?
I've been in it on and off. As I'm getting older I realize I don't want to regret not trying hard enough, so I want to stick to it this time. I just feel at 27 my chances are slim. It's all about young Hollywood these days. What do you think?
